It also induces easy breathing and improved blood circulation. It is the best means to lead a stress-free life. We have selected for the two-day Baltimore session such simple postures of stretching and joint massaging that are easy to follow for the beginners. We have similarly included effortless techniques of breathing and relaxation. They are good for daily practice and maintenance of a good health. Yoga is useful to people of all ages. The senior citizens need it to slow down aging pace The working adults require it for an agile life in pursuit of professional development. The young can stay forever young with its help. We urge you to be curious, give a try, feel the benefits and practice it regularly.

Basic rules before Yoga practice
Morning freshen up
Wear comfortable attire
No solid food intake, just light beverage
Remove socks and shoes
No heavy alcohol consumption the night before
Use bathroom before Yoga session begins
What you should bring
Beach towel
Wash Towel
Water bottle and facial tissues

Allow enough space around you
Do not wear big size jewelries

Brief on Aditya Man Shrestha
Aditya Man Shrestha is the man who has benefited the most from yoga and dedicated himself to promote yoga for the greatest benefit of all. He learnt yoga from an Indian teacher at a time when he was suffering from multiple illnesses losing all hopes for life, let alone happiness. In no time yoga transformed his life and he never turned back on regular practice for the last 30 years. With the sole objective of transferring his knowledge and experience to others, he completed Yoga Teachers' Course of Yogacharya K.B. Sahasrabudhe of Thane (India) in 1978. Since then he has been associated with various activities in developing, designing and implementing yoga programs for various age groups. He co-authored a book on Antarmauna Yoga with Kashiraj Gautam, the father of Dr. Pramod Gautam in 1982. He has also been independently running yoga classes nationally and internationally. He held yoga classes in Honolulu (USA) in 1982, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) in 1983 and in Colombo (Sri Lanka) in 1995 for multinational groups. He is a great advocate of yoga practice for purification of body, mind and spirit. He is currently a permanent resident in the US and registered as E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with YogaAlliance of USA and has since established Spiritual Yoga Ashram.
Mr. Shrestha is a journalist and an author of several books. He was with The Rising Nepal in Kathmandu, The Arab News in Saudi Arabia and Depthnews of Manila. He was a regular columnist in The Himalayan Times and The Kathmandu Post. He was the recipient of the Mitsubishi Award as the Best Editor of the Year 1980. Of many books he had published, Bleeding Mountains of Nepal, (stories of corruption, misuse of power and resources, 1999) and The Dreadful Night, carnage at Nepalese Royal Palace, 2001 became the bestsellers.
Brief intro of Dr. Pramod Gautam
Pramod Gautam is a highly professional yoga teacher and a therapist with a long experience in this field. He has been associated with Arogya Ashram in Kathmandu from its beginning, which has been promoting yoga practice and yoga system of medicine. He is a Doctor in Ayurved from Bihar Development of Ayurved & Unani System of Medicine, Doctor of Naturopathy from the Arogya Ashram, Nepal and a recipient of Diploma in Yoga System of Medicine, Buddha Meditation and Yoga Science Center from Ancient Nalanda University, India.
Dr. Pramod has been working as a consultant for two decades with various national and international institutes of yoga and Ayurbeda. He has extensive experience in managing big groups and also in administrative and operational parts of the yoga institutes.
Dr. Pramod is running the Arogya Ashram in Kathmandu since 1990. He is also a consultant in yoga system of medicine for the Elder Hostel, USA from 1998. He is working as an editor of the Prakritic Chikitsha (magazine on naturopathy) published from Kathmandu. He is a visiting lecturer at Ashra Sundhar Kendra (Drugs Rehabilitation Center) in Kathmandu. Dr. Pramod has been widely appreciated for his services in naturopathy by the national and international agencies.
