We are recognized by IRS, under section 201(c)(3) code, as a Tax Exempt organization. We are volunteer-based organization dedicated to: 1) providing assistance to our members in North America, 2) conducting social service programs in Nepal and North America, 3) helping Budhanilkantha School to meet its educational objectives and 4) being an organization dedicated to better coordination and leadership among various Nepal-related associations in North America. Aim:
Our following Preamble from our Articles of Association summarizes our aim:

As an alumnus, we will represent the result of her mission and the embodiment of her spirit in the world. What she is, we are; what she becomes, we become. Because we are the emerging essence of our institution, we will strive to enhance this special relationship between student, alumni and others so that the heritage of our Alma Mater will always be a part of our life - for the present as we follow our dreams and for the future as we strive to seek truth. It is through this friendship that we have derived from our school, we henceforth are striving for unity among fellow brothers and sisters of our Alma Matter Budhanilkantha School. We aim to foster and disseminate our proud heritage for the ultimate benefit of society and mankind.
