ALL PARTICIPANTS SHOULD SIGN UP BY JUNE 15!

Categories for dances:

- Folk
- Modern
- Classical
- Chariya ( Manjushri, Mahakali Bhairavkali etc. )
- Ethnical (Gurung, Tharu, Tamang, Rai etc)
- Religious
- Filmy
- Patriotic

Rules:

Group dances will be given more priority than a solo dance.
All the performances should be in a Nepali song or ethnical songs of Nepal.
Ethnical dances must be performed in their proper dresses.
If more than one group or individual signs up on the same song, then the committee will make a decision.
Only one ethnical dance per ethnical group is allowed.
There will be two dances of every category.

Cultural Program has always been one of the biggest attractions at ANA Conventions. Without doubt- this year’s show will be bigger and better than ever before!! With respect to our rich culture, elaborate planning and fascinating concepts of showcasing our traditional Nepali lifestyle through songs and dances is underway.

The Cultural Committee is working on bringing together talents from all over the continent in celebration to our ethnic diversity, finding meaning in our unity and moving towards prosperity.

This year’s show will highlight typical yet rich, traditional yet unique, diverse yet unifying blend of Nepali cultural mosaic.

You will have the opportunity to watch the performance of best Nepali dancers from near and far contributing towards the preservation of our cultural heritage, music and art.
